Are your necklaces plated?

We searched high and low to find the strongest, yet most delicate chain.  Being Mommies of young children we were so thrilled when we found a chain that was incredibly delicate and beautiful, all while being unbelievably resilent.  We are proud to say that non of our material is plated and that all of our necklaces are hand crafted and custom made in AZ, USA.  

Do the initials overlap or lay flat where you can see the letters?

All of our initials are invidually stamped and then linked directly onto our chains.  Doing so, means that the disc will stay in place, lay flat, not slide and will always be visible.

Do your necklaces come in different lengths?

We are happy to offer three different lengths in our chains: 

16"- Layering length & Child size

18"- Standard Length

20"- Broader Decollete

What is the max amount of discs that I can put on a necklace?

We love that you want to have all of your loved ones initials close to your heart. Thankfully, we are able to add up to 8 initials per necklace.

If I make a mistake on my order how long do I have to correct it?

We understand that mistakes happen!  Due to the customization of each necklace, we ask that you contact us within 24 hrs. @ info@bellablissjewelry.com with your name, order number and corrections that need to be made to your order.  We will do our best to make the change(s) and send your order in a timely matter.
